Terms & Conditions of omo77

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the omo77 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during their membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. omo77 operates a strict adults-only policy. Individuals under 21 are categorically prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any Wager on the Platform.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of omo77, nor an immediate family member or member of the same household as any such person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from omo77 management.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the omo77 Platform or any associated platforms.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction classified as a Prohibited Territory.
• You have the full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract and to gamble online.

To use real-money services on omo77, you must register a personal Account. By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.

One Account Policy: Each individual person may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or via a shared device or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, omo77 reserves the right to close all accounts involved, void all pending Wagers, and forfeit all Balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify omo77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. omo77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

omo77 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The applicant fails to meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.
• The information provided during registration is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
• The applicant is located in or accessing from a Prohibited Territory.
• omo77 determines that the registration poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.

Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any point during your membership at our discretion — omo77 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This process is a standard compliance procedure designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

Documents that may be requested as part of KYC include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID, such as a KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), SIM (driving license), or valid passport.
• Proof of Age: Any document confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or OVO account showing your registered name and account number).
• Source of Funds: In cases involving large transactions, omo77 may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds being deposited.

Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe — or provision of documents that appear fraudulent or altered — will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and may lead to Account closure at omo77's sole discretion.

All deposits on omo77 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform supports the following deposit methods:

• Indonesian Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits are typically credited to your omo77 Balance within minutes of confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. omo77 does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which omo77 bears no responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. omo77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposited amount will be returned to the originating account and the Member's Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. The average withdrawal processing time is under five minutes from the point of request confirmation, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your Account has completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money Balance.
• There are no active fraud, compliance, or responsible-gaming holds on your Account.
• The destination bank account or e-wallet is registered in your own name and matches the identity information on file.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day vary by payment method and Member tier. These limits are displayed within the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same Account, unless the Member submits a change-of-method request accompanied by supporting identity documentation. This policy exists to protect Members against unauthorized fund diversion.

omo77 reserves the right to delay processing of a withdrawal pending additional verification where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Member will be notified and provided with a reasonable opportunity to supply clarifying documentation.

omo77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the respective offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual offer.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sportsbook Wagers, and specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are listed in each offer's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the offer. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically stated otherwise, a Member may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously.
• Bonus Abuse: Any strategy that omo77 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging, systematic exploitation of offer mechanics, or collusion with other Members — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money except in accordance with the wagering conditions applicable to each offer.

omo77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not retroactively affect Bonus Funds already accepted by a Member in good faith.

All Wagers placed on omo77 are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to the product being played. The following general betting rules apply across all product categories:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. A Member may not cancel, edit, or reverse a confirmed Wager except where omo77 expressly permits cancellation under specific circumstances (e.g., a prematch event that has not yet started and the sportsbook is operating in a cancellation window).
• In the event of a technical failure during the settlement of a game round or sportsbook event, omo77 will apply the result as determined by the relevant game server log or official event result. Where no result can be determined, the Wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's Balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, market, and event. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market.
• For sportsbook Wagers involving mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), all legs must be settled as winners for the overall bet to be paid. A voided leg is treated as a non-runner and reduces the overall accumulator odds accordingly.
• Odds displayed in the sportsbook are subject to change prior to the confirmation of a Wager. The odds applicable to a Wager are those confirmed at the time the Wager is accepted, not the odds displayed at the time of selection.
• omo77 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on any market, event, or game at any time, including imposing individual stake limits on any Member account, without providing a reason for doing so.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the omo77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to access the Platform using automated bots, scripts, or other non-human means.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform's systems. Any such bug must be reported immediately to [email protected]. Winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered bug will be voided.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments to fund an Account.
• Any attempt to launder money or use the Platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward omo77 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or other responsible gaming control that you have voluntarily activated on your Account.

All content on the omo77 Platform — including but not limited to the omo77 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of omo77 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal entertainment and in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or broadcast any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content or software.
• Use the omo77 brand name, logo, or any associated marks for commercial purposes or in any manner likely to cause confusion.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of omo77 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits omo77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

omo77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they could reasonably affect a Member's rights or obligations — omo77 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where a valid email address is on file, by sending an email notification to the Member.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining Balance and the closure of your Account.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
